Stats for November: Weight is down to 166.8, and my resting heart Rate this AM was 44. I rode 240+ miles in teh dirt and put in 15 hours on the Climber. My legg is almost healed, I might not run for another month to make sure its good for the Marathon.

How low are you going on your weight?
I;m thinking 160 now that I see there is still plenty of fat to loose at ~170
