167 II

Went for a 12 mile MTB ride at lunch immediately followed my 30 minutes swimming laps. Swimming sucks too. Today is the first of many 3 hour workout days. Never give up.

Swimming ha? I think I would like that instead of running...Not that I would know the difference as I do not exercise as much or better yet at all...lol.Keep it up Rider!
