Today I did the following training:
5.2 Miles Running – 8:26/Mile
13.5 Miles Mountain Biking – 6:47/Mile
.5 Miles Swimming – No clue how slow
My personal quest to acheive the toughest goal I have ever set for myself. Ironman 2013 in Hawaii. I am hoping to gain support and encouragement from this blog. KEEP ME GOING!
